Hi, I'm Matt Miltonberger, a 2D/3D Animator & Designer based in Chicago.

I obtained my A.A.S. in Film Production/Animation at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, then graduated with a B.A. in Cinema Art + Science from Columbia College Chicago. I entered the industry during my schooling, editing motion graphics for COD's College Newscast.

Since then, I was the Editor and Visual Effects Artist for the feature film based on the award-winning novel, A Chance In The World. Large Corporate experience was soon picked up as a 3D Product Design Intern at TracyLocke working on major brands such as SC Johnson, Pizza Hut, Kellogg's, and OFF!. A brief Freelance Motion Design life was lived before landing at Sarofsky in Chicago as a 3D Animator/Designer—there, I worked on main title designs for EXTRACTION, Miracle on 19th Street, and FITC Toronto 2020 Titles as well as commercial work for brands such as Boost Mobile, Amazon, Modelo, Jeep, and more.

I play guitar in my free time chugging to music on 7-strings, have been practicing Card Magic for 15 years, and used to photograph galaxies and nebulae during the night in my front yard as an Astrophotography hobbyist. You can find me taking photographs on my phone as I walk around the city where I currently live with my wife Marlena, and our wonderful fur babies that meow, Annie, Andy Warhol, and Theodore.
